30 Day Repair and 100 Day Sales GUARANTEE
Barcode4Less is committed to working with you to ensure
that every product you send in for repair meets your
expectations. If it falls short of this it may be returned
within 30-days of receipt for all repairs and 100 days for
sales. Follow the guidelines in the Return Policy below and
we will happily credit you.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Items may be returned within 30-days for a warranty
repair and 100day for all sales, however all warranty
returns must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization
number issued by Barcode4Less marked clearly on the return
package, or the package will be refused, and no credit will
be given.
To request a RMA and shipping instructions please contact
our Customer Service department via e-mail at
customerservice@barcode4less-usa.com. RMAs' are valid
for 15 days from the date of issuance.
All Service and Sales Warranty returns will be processed
immediately and given the highest priority status.
Exclusions to All Repair Programs
Exclusions to our repair programs include (but are not
limited to):

Cable Assemblies

External power supplies

Printheads
-
Consumables
-
Damage as a result of water, fire,
etc.

Customer Abuse ( internal and
external which includes abuse, misuse, accident, neglect
or other damage to equipment)
